Reopening with a Focus on Customer Safety
We’re pleased to announce that Mark White Nissan will be open for business from Monday 13 May. While we’re excited to get back to work, we understand that “business as usual” isn’t an option, and so we’ll be taking extra precautions to protect our valued customers and hardworking staff.
A Safe and Sanitized Showroom Environment
During Level 5 of the lockdown, we started taking steps to create a safer and healthier environment for everyone who enters our premises, in anticipation of our return to work.
Over the past month, we have fully fumigated and sanitized our Nissan showroom and workshops. We will be upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness following our opening, so our shoppers can enjoy better peace of mind.
We will be complying with all Government-issued regulations for business operations under Level 4. That includes the wearing of masks, the provision of sanitizer, and social distancing. We will also be meticulously wiping down each car between test drives, so we can continue to offer our customers the service they’ve come to expect, while making their safety a top priority. Nissan South Africa will continue to provide emergency repair services and 24-hour roadside assistance during this time.
As one of South Africa’s foremost Nissan dealerships, we believe in facing challenges head-on and looking for innovative ways to move forward. We are optimistic about the future, and we hope you’ll join us in our continued efforts to protect our fellow South Africans as the next stage of lockdown progresses.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding during this time. Mark White Nissan looks forward to welcoming back our customers, and providing a level of service that exceeds expectations.
